Listing data. Listing information is provided for your convenience, as is and without warranty of any kind. See the listing data disclaimer below.

Accounts and favorites. You can browse without an account. If you create one, keep your contact details accurate; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Favorites saved before you sign in are stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear its storage.

Termination. The team or the platform operator may suspend or close access for misuse of the portal. You may stop using the portal at any time and may ask the team to delete your account.

Governing law. As they relate to Hale AI LLC as the platform operator, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawaii. The team's own obligations to you, including any brokerage or agency relationship, are separate from these terms, are the team's responsibility, and may be governed by the law of the state where the team is licensed.

What this portal collects. Browsing activity on listings (pages viewed, searches run), favorites, search preferences, and the contact details you choose to submit through forms or chat (your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it).

How it is used. To connect you with Platform: auth events, respond to your inquiries, send the alerts you ask for, and improve your experience on the portal (for example, recommendations based on what you have viewed).

Conversations with Kai. Kai is the AI assistant on this site. Conversations with Kai are shared with the team so a human can follow up. Treat the chat like a conversation with the team itself, and do not share sensitive information you would not give the team directly.

Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and local storage to improve your browsing experience, remember your preferences (including favorites saved before you sign in and your cookie choice), and provide personalized recommendations. You can accept or decline in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear stored data through your browser settings at any time.

This portal runs on the HaleAI platform. Hale AI LLC's full privacy policy, including data retention, third-party services, and your choices, is published at the platform privacy policy. Platform: auth events may also maintain a privacy policy of its own.
