How it is used. To connect you with Aloha Hale Demo Team, respond to your inquiries, send the alerts you ask for, and improve your experience on the portal (for example, recommendations based on what you have viewed).
Conversations with Kai. Kai is the AI assistant on this site. Conversations with Kai are shared with the team so a human can follow up. Treat the chat like a conversation with the team itself, and do not share sensitive information you would not give the team directly.
