How to use this site: search listings, save the homes you like, set up email alerts, schedule showings, and chat with Kai whenever you have a question. Hōkū Pacific Realty Group is behind all of it; everything you do here helps the team help you.
Start on the listings page. Use the filters to narrow by price, beds, baths, and property type, or type a keyword to match addresses and neighborhoods. Results update as you adjust the filters, and you can switch to the map view to browse by location. On a phone, the Search tab in the bottom bar takes you back to listings from anywhere.
The "describe your dream home" bar accepts plain English. Type something like "3 bedroom with ocean view under $2M" and it turns your description into search filters automatically. For more nuanced questions ("which of these has the shortest commute downtown?"), it hands you over to Kai, the AI assistant, who can talk it through with you.
Tap the heart on any listing card or listing page to save it to your Favorites. Before you sign in, favorites are stored only in your browser, so they live on this device and can be lost if you clear browser data. Sign in to save them to your account and see them on any device.
No. You can browse, search, and favorite without one. Creating an account takes a name and an email address (phone is optional) and unlocks synced favorites, email alerts, and faster follow-up from the team. There is no password to remember.
Sign in, then open the Preferences page. There you can turn on email alerts for new listings and price changes. You can turn them off again on the same page at any time.
On any listing page, use the "Schedule a showing" form: pick a date, choose a time window (morning, afternoon, or evening), and leave your name, email, and an optional note. The team will reach out to confirm the exact time. You can also just ask Kai and the team will follow up.
Kai is an AI assistant that works with Hōkū Pacific Realty Group. Kai can answer questions about listings, neighborhoods, and the buying process, and connects you with the human team for anything that needs a person.
Two things to know: conversations with Kai are shared with the team so they can follow up with you, and Kai is AI, so it can occasionally get details wrong. Confirm anything important with the team.
Sign-in is passwordless. On the sign-in page, enter the email address you used when you signed up and you are in. If you have not signed up yet, the sign-up page takes about thirty seconds.
Open the Preferences page and use the sign-out button. If you would like your account deleted, ask the team through the contact form or Kai.
Listings come from MLS sources that Hōkū Pacific Realty Group is licensed to display. Each listing carries courtesy attribution to the listing agent and office, and a "data provided by" line identifying the source. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed; see the listing data disclaimer.
Listings sync from the MLS on a regular schedule, and listing pages show a last-updated date where the source provides one. Prices and statuses can change between updates, so confirm the current state of any property with the team before making decisions.
